Dr. Jay Bhaumik is a serial entrepreneur who has launched and led national pharmaceutical and healthcare business operations. He is an accomplished CEO with over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, leading Thesis Pharmacy to multiple accolades, including recognition by Inc. Magazine as one of the top 100 fastest-growing healthcare companies in the nation, and being named among the Top 10 Compounding Pharmacies. He is responsible for product roadmaps, strategic growth initiatives, innovation, sales strategy transformation, and compliance. His focus on “Innovation, Customization, Collaboration” reflects his commitment to providing tailored solutions and fostering teamwork to enhance patient care. A dynamic leader, he excels in driving revenue growth and operational excellence while motivating staff to achieve peak performance. 

Dr. Jay’s achievements include leading two previous startups in Healthcare Cybersecurity and Healthcare Information Technology to successful exits. He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree with a postdoctoral fellowship, a Master’s in Information Systems, and an MBA from MIT. Before his entrepreneurial endeavors, Dr. Jay previously served in clinical research and executive positions at nationally renowned universities and hospitals including Johns Hopkins and Yale University. He is an avid traveler and landscape photographer, having hiked over 60 national parks. He is also a passionate tennis player and sports enthusiast.

Raman Bhaumik is a forward-thinking healthcare leader with a passion for operational innovation. She is a licensed pharmacist and has completed advanced leadership training. She brings a global perspective to the field of pharmacy. As the owner of Thesis Pharmacy, Raman leverages her expertise in strategic planning and process improvement to achieve business success.

She is a licensed pharmacist in multiple states and has a passion to help the next generation of healthcare professionals, especially in the field of pharmacy. Raman is dedicated to serving her local community, and she is an avid hiker and a reader.

Sadia Shaukat has been a pharmacist since 2009 and currently serves as the Chief Clinical Pharmacist at Thesis Pharmacy where she exemplifies excellence in compounding new formulations.

Sadia has cultivated a profound commitment to delivering personalized and compassionate patient care. With 15 years of experience in both sterile and non-sterile compounding, Sadia has been an advocate for advancing healthcare standards.

As a proud Fellow of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), Sadia embodies the pursuit of continuous professional development and innovative healthcare solutions. Outside of her professional life, she is a proud mother of two and continuously strives for personal and professional growth.

Altaf Farooqi is an accomplished Senior Director with a distinguished career in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, specializing in driving operational excellence, building dynamic teams, and enhancing market share for organizations.

With extensive experience in directing operations, optimizing profit margins, and implementing innovative programs and processes, he has consistently delivered measurable results, including revenue growth and employee development.

Starting his career as a pharmacist, Altaf rapidly advanced through leadership roles in sales, marketing, and operations management, honing a collaborative and open-door leadership style. Known for fostering healthcare, governmental, and community partnerships across diverse regions, Altaf is a proven leader dedicated to propelling organizations toward sustainable success.

As Vice President of Clinical Services, Meagan Kurtz brings more than 12 years of pharmacy compounding expertise and a proven track record in advancing clinical operations and ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Meagan specializes in sterile formulations, aseptic operations, and patient and provider education. With a deep commitment to expanding access to life-saving medications, Meagan bridges science and compassion to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and clinical innovation across every level of care delivery.

Meagan earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Lyon College. Licensed to practice pharmacy in multiple states, Meagan is dedicated to providing patients nationwide with personalized compounded medications.

Outside of work, Meagan enjoys reading, crocheting, and all things Disney. She loves traveling with her family to Disney parks to experience the magic through her daughters’ eyes. At home, she finds joy in gardening, watching nerdy movies with her husband, and playing with her dachshunds.

In his role as Sales Manager, Eliseo Viramontes Jr. leads the Thesis Pharmacy sales team, focusing on building strong relationships with clients and ensuring that healthcare solutions are accessible to all.

With a background as a pharmacy technician and experience in pharmaceutical sales, he is committed to ensuring that all patients have access to the medications they need.

Eliseo’s passion for health optimization drives his commitment to providing personalized solutions that meet the unique needs of each patient. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, staying active through workouts, and grilling with family and friends.

In his role as Operations Supervisor, Rene oversees daily operational processes and ensures team efficiency at Texas Star Pharmacy.With over 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry, he has established himself as a dedicated leader.

Rene thrives in the pharmacy’s family-like atmosphere, where collaboration and support are the key to the team’s growth and fulfillment.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and attending various sporting events, merging his passion for sports with community engagement.

Andrea Woolford brings over 20 years of marketing expertise and a proven track record of driving growth for both established organizations and small businesses. A seasoned strategist and hands-on executor, she blends deep knowledge of digital platforms, CRM systems, and customer segmentation to develop high-impact campaigns that elevate brand visibility and deliver measurable ROI. Her experience founding and running her own successful creative marketing and e-commerce businesses gives her a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities small business owners face—insight that directly informs her leadership and approach.

Andrea received a BBA in Marketing from Texas Christian University. She has been a member of the Junior League of Dallas (JLD) since 2009 and participated in the organizations invitation-only T. Boone Pickens Leadership Institute, focused on preparing participants for leadership service within the Dallas Community. In her spare time Andrea loves traveling with her husband, fashion, food, and music.
